Job Description:
HTS is seeking motivated and experienced Independent Sales Consultants to join our team. As an Independent Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products within the military and government sectors. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while leveraging your network and expertise to generate sales. Excellent Side-hustler opportunity to generate additional income.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the military and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and influencers.
- Present HTS products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Submit bids, ensuring favorable pricing and terms for both HTS and the customers.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of sold products.
Requirements:
- Experience with outside sale, B2G, B2B sales, particularly within the military or government sectors.
- Network of contacts within the target industries, with the ability to leverage existing relationships to drive sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule and priorities effectively.
- Some Sales experience preferred.
- Free basic sales and purchase order capture training provided.

Compensation:
This position offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure. Consultants will receive a commission of 30% of the gross profit from the sale of products sold by the Consultant. With our competitive commission rates and high-quality products, the earning potential is unlimited.
